We operate a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental management system covering the whole range of our service delivery. It robustly deals with removal of residual risks to our employees and those affected by our operations in a number of ways, including Specific Health and Safety Plans; Company Wide Audit Matrix; Detailed Specific Method Statements; Risk and Task Based Risk Assessments.
The company also operate a number of proactive safety based incentive schemes. Our safety management team ensure that changes in legislation and best practice are communicated in an efficient and timely manner to all employees. To date the company boasts an exemplary Health and Safety Record.
Both our Health & Safety & Environmental management systems are undergoing external assessment to OHSAS 18001 & BS 14001 respectively. We expect to achieve accreditation to these standards in the 1st Quarter 2009.
Construction (Design and Management) Regulations Compliance
We are suitably qualified and experienced to assume the roles of CDM Co-ordinator and Principle Contractor as defined by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.
Regardless of whether the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007, apply to our service deliverables, we implement a site health & Safety Plan in accordance with Appendix A of the Approved Code of Practice the regulations L144 - Managing Health & Safety in Construction.
We have a Quality Management System that has been externally verified and certified to BS EN ISO 9001.
We also utilise a quality manual which is supported by a range of procedures for all of the management and operational activities that are undertaken. Additionally, the company operates a continuous improvement scheme as part of its quality management system.
